Shipping Policy
You will receive an automatic confirmation when your order has been placed. Order Cancellation is NOT permitted. Please email info@juxtamod.store for any questions or concerns.
Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing. This may take longer during new releases or major holidays. For all 'Pre-order' items please allow 4-6 weeks for items to be assembled. IF LONGER IT WILL BE STATED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
Juxtamod will email you with updates and tracking information once your order has shipped.
Juxtamod is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier and consumer.

Pre-Orders
Pre‑orders are non‑refundable and cannot be canceled after confirmation. By placing a pre‑order you agree to these terms and authorize us to charge your payment method at the time of order. If production or delivery timelines change, we will notify you and provide options, which may include cancellation and refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described, contact customer service info@juxtamod.store within 5 calendar days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Eligible reports will be reviewed and, at our discretion, we will provide repair, replacement, store credit, or a refund for the affected item. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence are required.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Final Sale policy at our discretion. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.
